This is the sound of a gathering.
We composed following our feelings. This music is our oral tradition. For one year we walked on the paths drawn since centuries over the mediterranean waters; like calligraphs we waited for the right moment and then put the instruments in the same room and started playing.
We recorded this handful of compositions in one shot, live in the studio and straight to tape like in the old times. Only great tube preamps and big microphones. Then we took a slow boat to Lampedusa to mix the album listening to the seagulls and watching sunsets and sunrises from the edges of the waves. And when we reached the tunisian coasts we were ready to open other roads through the desert of this era, to calm the thirst of our brothers and sister.
